Where the gaps of mental health are filled.
Coaching at LifeWise
Coaching at LifeWise is designed to support clients who need more than traditional outpatient therapy alone. We help bridge gaps in mental health care by providing structured, hands-on support for individuals who benefit from increased guidance, accountability, and real-world skill building.
Our coaching services are ideal for clients who:
Need additional support beyond once- or twice-weekly therapy
Are transitioning out of residential or higher levels of care
Want help applying insights gained in therapy to everyday life
LifeWise coaching focuses on life skills, social skills, emotional regulation, routine building, and healthy engagement in hobbies and interests. Coaching is practical and action-oriented, helping clients turn therapeutic insight into consistent, meaningful change.
All clients are assessed by LifeWise therapists prior to starting coaching to ensure appropriate placement and individualized care. Coaching sessions are conducted in person and typically last 2–3 hours, allowing time for skill practice, real-life application, and supported community engagement.
We prioritize collaboration, working closely with a client’s existing care team when appropriate or referring clients to trusted partners to ensure comprehensive, ethical support. Coaching at LifeWise is not therapy, but it works alongside therapeutic and clinical services to reinforce progress and support long-term growth.
