• LifeWise was inspired by the word “Likewise,” reflecting our belief in shared understanding and connection — that we all walk through challenges that others can relate to.
We bridge the gap between traditional therapy and residential treatment, offering guidance, education, and compassionate support for individuals and families seeking growth and healing. At LifeWise, no one has to face life’s challenges alone.

  • Yes, we do provide transportation for clients of LifeWise! Our goal is to make it as easy as possible for you to access our programs and services. Please reach out to us for more details on availability and scheduling.

  • Sessions are available in-home or throughout the DFW metroplex, as we aim to support you in real-time, real-life situations. Our sessions have taken place in a variety of settings—restaurants, pickleball courts, libraries, coffee shops, walking trails, malls, gyms, and more. Wherever your session may lead, we’re ready to assist you every step of the way. If in-person meetings aren’t possible due to weather or illness, we can always conduct a check-in via Zoom as an alternative.

  • LifeWise Coaching offers in-person support focused on structure, strategy, and personal growth. Sessions typically last 2–3 hours and provide hands-on guidance to help individuals or families navigate transitions, treatment planning, and daily life balance.

LifeWise Mentoring provides virtual, one-hour sessions centered on encouragement, accountability, and real-life support from someone who’s been there. Mentors walk alongside clients through recovery and life challenges, offering connection and hope along the way.

  • Completing an assessment with LifeWise Resources helps us understand your unique needs, goals, and circumstances — and ensures we’re the right fit for each other. This step allows us to provide the right level of support, whether through coaching, mentoring, or family guidance. If more intensive care is needed, we’ll connect you with higher levels of treatment and invite you to be reassessed after completion so we can continue supporting your journey.
